We offer training for the use of rapport in four ways:
- Free online documentation and support
Remote training
Onsite training
Office training
For most small repair companies our free online documentation will be perfectly adequate and they will not require to pay for any training in the use of rapport.
We can also provide support for specific questions and so on through our online help portal or by email and generally this is also provided free of charge.
For advice on each type of training please feel free to contact us for more information.
remote training
Remote training can be provided using remote desktop connection or by telephone etc at any time to show users how to log calls, analyse data, plan routes and so forth and this is also the cheapest method of trying that is most suited for most instances where there is a training requirement.
We provide this method of trying both for small repairers and also for call centre use of rapport.
Whether it is a new user you wish to be trained in the basic use of the system or, for more advanced functionality of the system you can use remote training.
onsite training
Onsite training has been used by some repairers, especially where it is a business with multiple engineers or call handling staff that require to be familiarised with the system and how to use it to get the best from it.
However this level of training is best suited for the introduction of rapport to call centre use over a day or two where we can get in depth with the system and how to get the most from it along with walking staff through the use of it, as they use it hands on. It is our experience that this works best as we can see what your staff are doing, how and advise the best ways to deal with real situations in dealing with daily tasks.
Where applicable we will also show how to use the web portal, manage the data and process work carried out and so on, making it easy for staff to understand.
office based training
Office based training is the ability to send members of staff (or yourself) to our offices for hands on training at our offices in Scotland.
We can offer the same in-depth training as we can provide onsite here in our offices for specific members of staff or indeed, if you wish, so that you may take back and train other staff members.
